Attendance Policy...
There is one make-up week built into the schedule. You will
be given a SWAP LIST in case there are additional times that you must be absent.
In these cases you may phone anyone on this list and see if they would be willing
to swap lesson times for any given week. You do not need to notify the office
if you have found someone to swap times with; however, if you must miss a
lesson, please be courteous and let the teacher know in
advance. Teachers may be able to schedule additional make-up dates if needed
according to their schedules.
Teacher's Sick/Personal Day: One week (if necessary).

Music and Materials...
There is an outlet of Noteworthy Sheet Music Service in house at the Studio
that will stock most of the materials used by your teacher. You may
purchase your music there or at another source. If the materials you need
are not there, you can order them from the office for pick-up the following
week in most uses.

Termination Policy by Client...
If you wish to leave the studio, you must give a ONE-MONTH'S NOTICE in order
to receive a refund for the remainder of the semester. Enrollment into
the studio is very limited; your advance notice allows us to accept another
student into the studio. This is also a requirement of the Music Teachers
National Association.
If a student does not intend to start another semester,
a 30-day notice must be given. Unless a notice is given, we assume that lessons will continue when the new semester begins. If
proper notice is not given, the studio reserves the right to charge for another month's lessons. This may be waived
in emergency situations.

Termination Policy by Instructor...
A teacher may terminate a student for the following: lack of practice, irregular
attendance, disruptive behavior or delinquency in paying off account.

Weather Related Policy...
Call the studio (897-3043)
and listen to the answering machine to make sure we are open. We can only
make
up 1 lesson due to snow/ice.
